Fantastic location just a short walk from all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with a large marble bathroom. The free breakfast offered a good variety. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything in good working condition.

We were charged an additional fee for a limited amount of internet usage, which was quite frustrating.

I loved it, recommendable. It was a fairly nice stay in a non renovated room. Lots of food at breakfast, such as scrambled eggs and bacon.

Conveniently located in a popular tourist area, this well-decorated establishment offers clean, spacious rooms. The all-day availability of hot beverages and snacks in a beautiful breakfast room is a definite plus. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold items. The rooms are lovely, with tea/coffee making facilities and a range of toiletries.

Everything was simply excellent. Appreciated our stay, had nice sunny 12 days overall. The breakfast had lots of options, including bacon and scrambled eggs.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Florence for a few nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being in the bustling city center, the room was surprisingly quiet, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot weather. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with stunning bathrooms. Breakfast was a nice touch, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was perfect, especially bacon and scrambled eggs, the best I've ever had. Its location was very central, 300 metres from Ponte alla Vittoria. Excellent service during my wonderful stay.

All in all everything was great, yet we had quite small bathroom. All the staff were perfect, polite.

All in all, it was excellent base for travelling to Florence. This hotel was in a shopping area just next door to nice restaurants as well as the Duomo. Also, we could easily reach a minor basilica.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the Duomo. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful.

The hotel does not provide enough tissues in the rooms for those who may have a cold or allergies.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – right in the heart of everything and on a very busy pedestrian street, which was very helpful for shopping. The service was top-notch with room service and housekeeping always keeping everything clean and tidy. The in-room amenities, like the air conditioning and the soundproofed rooms, made my stay very comfortable. I also enjoyed the dining options, especially the buffet breakfast that had a lot of delicious choices.

The rooms are clean and spacious, fitted with modern amenities, like tea and coffee making facilities, fridges, and safes. the bathrooms are furnished with good hairdryers and well-stocked with shower essentials, such as shampoo and bath gels.

The guests in some rooms located near the lift complain about the noise caused by the cleaning trolleys and other cleaning equipment.
